No — mine is darker, restless, infinite. It is an ocean that refuses to sleep. Even when my body lies still, even when my eyes are shut, the tides inside my chest keep moving. Surging. Pulling. Whispering their endless weight against the walls of my ribs. I live every day with this sea inside me, and no one else hears its storm.
